High Back Arm Chair in Ash with Rush Seat

This chair tries to capture the simplicity of both Scandinavian and Shaker design.  It is made in Ash with joint detailing in Walnut.  The strong lateral lines of Walnut laminate on the back rests, mirrored by the Walnut 'washers' where the arms are jointed to the front legs, are contrasted with the central vertical stitches.   The seat is finished in a traditional English rush weave.
